Pryda Span Trusses
Pryda Span trusses are engineered with metal diagonal webs that provide excellent strength while keeping the overall truss weight low, making them a highly economical option for a wide range of building projects. Their metal web design is especially useful in situations where a shallower truss is needed, as the added clearance makes it much easier to run plumbing and other services compared to traditional timber web systems. These trusses are often chosen for builds where the chord design has good reserve capacity, which is common in many standard floor layouts. The combination of light weight, serviceability and reliable structural performance makes Pryda Span trusses a practical and cost effective choice for both residential and commercial construction.
Pryda Floor Cassettes
Using Pryda’s Floor Cassette system is a fast and cost effective way to increase productivity, reducing on-site costs and headaches. Suitable for subfloor or upper storey applications, timber floor cassettes combine all the elements of a floor system including trusses, strongbacks and flooring material, into a large but manageable panel which can be lifted in place to form a complete working platform in a matter of hours.
Cassettes are fully detailed and engineered to suit your specific project. Pryda Span or Long Reach floor trusses can be manufactured up to 10m in length with designs able to take into consideration factors such as positioning of services, wet areas, balcony set downs and co-ordination with the supporting structure.
Pryda Longreach Trusses
Pryda Longreach trusses are a premium performance product designed to deliver strength, stability and efficiency across a wide range of building projects. They are constructed using nail plated, all timber trusses and can be manufactured to any depth required. For most applications, they are produced at around 300mm deep for residential floors and approximately 400mm deep for commercial floors. These trusses offer impressive spanning capability, allow for easy installation of services, and provide consistent quality thanks to precise factory fabrication.
